Conference Fees:
Registration begins January 1, 2010 and ends March 31 and will be received online or by regular mail. You may register by downloading and mailing a registration form with payment: Members: PDF or Word document
REGISTRATION FEES ARE PER ROOM AND INCLUDE ROOM, MEALS, AND CONFERENCE. Choose rooming preference If sharing a room you must register all people on the same form and pay for all people with ONE check or credit card. Arrange with each other for sharing expenses if necessary. You must list on the registration form the name/names of person/persons with whom you will be sharing a room, including spouses. CANCELLATIONS & REFUNDS: All cancellations will be charged a $50 cancellation fee that will be deducted from the refund. NO REFUNDS WILL BE ISSUED AFTER FEBRUARY 21. If you have to cancel you may choose to transfer your registration to someone else. REGISTRATION AT THE DOOR WILL BE FOR COMMUTERS ONLY. Registration fee will be $50 per person per day and DOES NOT include room or meals. Meal costs are per person and are as follows: Breakfast - $6, Lunch - $9, Dinner - $12.
